More than 80 million Americans have a criminal record. A quarter of our population; 19 million have a felony conviction.

Our inspHire reentry service program provides the space, opportunity and resources for justice-involved individuals–many of which faced challenges and obstacles beyond their control–to transform their minds and behaviors, and find their second chance through professional development, reentering the workforce and participating in community service.

  • Supporting returning citizens can actually reduce crime rates by providing them with the resources and skills needed to reintegrate successfully into society.

Our #inspHire reentry program has a 12-month recidivism rate of 5.7 percent–meaning less than 6% of inspHire clients return to the system within the course of a year. Part of that support includes providing housing, transportation, clothing and food to our clients.
